Grenada Artisan & Trade Market Vendor Contract

Rules & Regulations 

  1. Music will be provided for the event. Do not bring additional music for your booth.
  2. You may load and unload at the front or rear entrance, but please be respectful to move as quickly as possible for others to use.
  3. Parking:  All vendors must park on the south side of the building during the event times.
  4. No vendor can exchange spaces with other vendors.
  5. Each vendor must be able to have their booth set up for the ENTIRE event.
  6. Each vendor must provide at least one door prize valued at $15 or more to be given away during the event.
  7. Booth structures must be secure for public access and safety.
  8. Each Vendor is responsible for their own: tables, table cloths, supplies, extension cord(s), set up, and    anything else needed for their booth(s).
  9. Vendor MUST have all rights and proper licenses or permits for the items sold.
  10. No sale of alcohol or items prohibited by law.
  11. Each vendor may rent up to 3 booths for the event.
  12. Strollers & wheelchairs will be welcomed.
  13. Service dogs welcome, no pets.
  14. Do NOT nail, tape, tack anything to walls or ceiling of the Event Center
  15. No alcohol, drug, or tobacco use or sale inside The Event Center.
  16. This is an INDOOR event. No tent-style booths. This is NOT a flea market.
  17. Food vendor shall adhere to all Food and Department of Health laws, rules, and regulations that governs their business. Any infractions or liabilities are the sole responsibility of the food vendor.
  18. Food vendor will maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  19. MS Sales Tax (7% of all sales) will be collected at the end of the event. This must be turned in BEFORE taking down your booth and leaving the event.  Total sales x 7% MS sales tax = Sales tax to be paid.  MAKE CHECKS TO "SHOP GRENADA" (NOT IRS, Internal Revenue Service, or Department of Revenue).  The event organizers are responsible for collecting all sales tax and forms and submitting the total amount for all vendors in ONE payment to the Department of Revenue.
  20. Vendors who fail to comply with GATM Rules and Regulations will not be allowed to participate in GATM future events. 

Notice: Fees are nonrefundable. Shop Grenada, nor The Event Center, will be held liable for any lost, stolen, or broken merchandise or for any violation of copyright laws or licenses, illegal sale or misuse of products, or any other improprieties for/by any vendor. Vendors assume all risks for booth structure and safety.

By digitally signing the contract, you agree to be responsible for these Rules & Regulations.
